Have you ever spent an entire day on something you couldn't wait to do again? You went to bed tired but thinking thoughts like, "I wish I could do that tomorrow!" That is what it feels like to use your strengths. When you use your strengths you feel energized, you feel like you are doing something valuable and you are usually excellent at it. It is a great feeling! As we start a new year commit to finding and using your strengths. This is one change that you can make which will create a huge difference in your life!

1. List activities that energize you. (Be very specific.)
2. How often do you do these activities?
3. What are some changes you could make so you use your strengths more often?
4. What is a strengthening activity you can do today?
